Ingredients:

 

2 ripe bananas
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 (8 ounce) vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup milk

 

Directions:

 

Cut fruit into chunks and place in blender along with all remaining ingredients. Blend on high for about 1 minute.

 

Healthy Tip:

 

Strawberries are naturally high in fiber, vitamin C, folate, potassium and antioxidants.

 

Mango Mornings Smoothie Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup mango (peeled and diced)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup crushed ice (optional)

 

Directions:

 

Cut fruit into chunks and place in blender along with all remaining ingredients. Blend on high for about 1 minute.

1 cup milk
